Based in UK or the US and reporting directly to and strategically partnering with the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Financial Officer will be a significant member of the company’s leadership team and will have financial responsibility for all of Aricent, including accounting, audit, financial planning and analysis, risk management, treasury, and tax. He/she will also be responsible for partnering with other senior members of the leadership team to drive the operational performance of the business in a multi-geographic and multi-currency environment. Importantly, the Chief Financial Officer will take a significant leadership role as the company contemplates a liquidity event in the public markets.

Candidate Profile
 
The Chief Financial Officer must possess strong business acumen and have demonstrated strategic decision-making capabilities to assist the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team in leading the company. It will be preferred that the CFO has worked in a multinational technology or IT services environment to ensure rapid assimilation into the Aricent culture and technology. Furthermore, this person will have a proven ability to interface effectively with the Board of Directors, outside investors, as well as outside counsel. Ideally, the successful candidate will previously have worked in a highly leveraged environment and be comfortable with balance sheet debt. Familiarity with US GAAP is highly desirable as is a demonstrated ability to manage an IPO process and/or raise finance. Operational experience in a private-equity environment will be of significant benefit given the ownership structure of the business. Finally, given that Aricent is geographically dispersed, experience in remote management is strongly preferred.
