Employees Club
As an organization, we also believe in the “have fun while you work” ideology. Every day is more than just a regular day at work. To give Aricentians an opportunity to bond, unwind, express and exchange views beyond work, various employee-centric activities are held throughout the year. These activities, keep the atmosphere at work charged and alive.
One example of such an initiative is the Club Zone. The Club Zone is an umbrella platform which provides employees with various avenues to develop share and pursue their creative interests. We believe in helping our employees to nurture their talents, therefore these clubs cater to varied interests.

The music club:
If you eat music, sleep music and music is what drives you, then the Aricent music club is the place to hone your talent. Budding singers, classical musicians, instrumentalists, amateur singers all get together and discover the finer nuances of music.
The dramatics group:
If you want to discover the actor in you then the dramatics club offers ample opportunities to mingle with like-minded people and stage some great plays. The dramatics group script plays and its talented members perform at all intra Aricent events.
The performing arts club:
If you are fascinated by the performing arts then the performing arts club is the place to keep alive your passion and talent. The performing arts group has not only been performing at Aricent events but has also been instrumental in getting jazz classes organized for dance enthusiasts.
The adventure club:
It may be bungee jumping, white river rafting or trekking, the thrill of adventure invites the daring. The adventure club organizes trips and expeditions to keep alive your adventurous streak.
The editorial team:
If you like to express yourself through written words, then join the editorial team which brings forth 'Reflections', a quarterly magazine exploring new technologies and general issues of interest.
The sports club:
If sports are your passion then become a member of the sports club. The Aricent sports club has been instrumental in organizing badminton, chess, cricket and table tennis tournaments.
