Life at Aricent is a refreshing and satisfying experience. With employees from different cultures and diverse backgrounds, the Aricent family is spread across the globe. However, we ensure that the “Aricent” experience stays consistent regardless of the location, time zone, or the country.
We have various formal and informal interaction platforms that address our professional, business, and personal concerns. For instance, the Quarterly Staff Meeting (QSM)is a formal and regular forum that communicates Aricent business updates to all employees. Our senior management shares, through a webcast, the key financials numbers, business highlights of the previous quarter, and the strategic vision for the forthcoming quarters. To facilitate an open culture, the QSM also allows the employees to interact with the senior management and ask them the questions related to the company’s business.
In addition to this, strategic business communication in the form of e-mails, face-to-face meetings with the business heads and the COO are organized regularly to ensure the timely and proper dissemination of company and business information.
