Job Profile
Responsible for negotiating and closing multi- year, multi-million dollar deals within the Telecom/ Automotive sector with OEMs , Service provider and System Integrator customers
The successful candidates will be involved in identifying, managing and closing business by providing software solutions comprising ARICENT products and professional services (Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation, Managed services, Offshore services)
Researching, establishing, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers. Have experience of working at CxO level/ make board level presentations and propositions to customers
Response to leads generated, selling to potential customers in the target area,
Working to aggressive quarterly targets.
Extensive travel will be required in the region
Candidate Profile
An Engineering Degree preferably in Computer Science/Electronics + MBA .( Preferred)
Fluent in German (essential) and good working knowledge of English
Excellent track record and sales achievement experience including:
Strong Telecom/ Automotive Domain experience/exposure
Proven deal closing record
Handled a minimum target volumes of US$ 10-15 mill or more per year and handled closures of deals more than $2-3 million in a single transaction
Experience in managing Outsourcing Software business to Low cost countries like India/ Eastern Europe/
Minimum of 6 years sales in the above,
Excellent commercial and business acumen.
Should bring a network of contacts from the industry.
Self-motivated and able to work alone independently and meet aggressive quarterly targets
Strong communicator and precise and concise articulation
