We have a career section on our site, where you can find job opening(s) and if it matches your profile you can apply online. Just click ‘Apply now’ to mail us your resume. If your resume’ is short listed, we will call you for either an interview or a written test, or both.
What are the qualifications required?

Normally, we look for graduates in computer sciences and electronics and communications, but the eligibility criteria may vary based on job profiles and requirements. Check out our Career section for all openings and job profiles.

How is Aricent work culture?

Aricent has an informal work environment with open channels of communication. At Aricent, even a new engineering graduate can approach the CEO and raise her/his concerns or share ideas. Is there any on-the-job training?

In order to provide the right orientation, comprehensive training and information to a new employee, we have a strong and focused orientation program called New Employee Orientation (NEO). For new engineering graduates, we have a training program called Prism. The experienced recruits are exposed to various training programs as and when required.
